How do I purchase a product?

You can browse via categories or jump straight to you favorite author. Shopping is easy and help and advice is always at hand by contacting our sales team. Once you have viewed the product information and have made your choice simply call us to place our order and process your payment.

At LMU we always aim to process and despatch your order within 24 hours. Please however allow a few extra days as this is not guaranteed and timing will also depend on the time of day you placed the order.

Yes you can, most customers take advantage of this. Please note all items will have to be signed for.

Sure. Simply e-mail us your name and address to support@lifemasteryuniversity.co.uk We will track your order and give you an update usually witin 15 minutes. Are all your products in stock?

What if my product is damaged in the post or I don't receive what I expected?

Your goods are insured. If you are not 100% happy with you goods upon receipt then please inform us within 48 hours and provide an image. We will replace any damaged goods.
